- After the 14 days if you are satisfied with the product you will be enrolled in our convenient Home Delivery Plan (HDP). You will be billed $39.00 for upon enrollment in the HDP. This will ensure that you will never have to worry about running out of Arthroleve.
- The HDP will supply you with a 30 day cycle every month. Your credit card will be billed $69.00 per month (for two boxes of Arthroleve) plus $10.00 shipping and handing. This represents a discount of $4.50 off of each box of Arthroleve.
- You can cancel at any time by calling: 1 (800) 517-7734 with no further obligations.
Return Policy: We accept one returned item per customer on unopened boxes within 30 days of purchase.
